Hidden Villa is a total gem that I’m so happy to have discovered. This huge 4-bedroom property is walking distance to the beach. Just around the corner from Batu Bolong, this hidden villa will be your next booking when you come to Bali.

The large villa has a very homey feel. With plenty of space for the kids to run around in the huge garden, this property is perfect to accommodate large families or a few families with kids. The insanely enormous pool even has a kiddy pool area.

The villa consists of 6 bedrooms, 2 spa rooms, one yoga/workout room, and even a home cinema room. When you enter Villa Waringin you encounter a very traditional Balinese Garden, complete with a carp pond. On the left there is the spa room and the yoga space. A bit further down, you find a building with four bedrooms. Two of them overlook the sea and a field with cows munching away next door. The main house has two beautiful rooms upstairs with a large terrace at the front that make the most of the ocean views and the scrumptious swimming pool below. Downstairs is the large living space, the dining area and the kitchen. The living and dining open up to a large deck that overlooks the swimming pool and beach.

Furnished with inviting day beds and sofa chairs, it is perfect for reading the paper with a whiskey in hand. All the furniture and decor was bought by the owners in antique shops in Java and Bali. There are some gorgeous rattan pieces and some incredible art, including some intriguing black and white photographs of old Bali.

The dining-living and kitchen area is open and inviting. With a modern Balinese style, the furniture and décor is welcoming and comfortable.

The main house has two bedrooms downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. At the top there is also another living space, which could be converted into another bedroom if required.

All the rooms are spacious and individually decorated. Some of them have a bathtub and even a little terrace garden. One of the bathrooms has a massage table so you can enjoy a massage in your villa.
