The Retreat
Not often do you come across a house that it brings you happiness from the moment you walk in.  The Retreat, and  we don’t mean our BI Retreat, but this house did this to me!
This cute-as-a-button home is warm and welcoming. The living and kitchen area are filled with light thanks to the high ceiling and skylight. Those perfect arches that lead to the gorgeous pool and garden are as charming as the whole interiors.
The Retreat consists of a 3-bedroom villa with a total build of nearly 200sqm. Tucked away at the end of a small side street, creating a very private sanctuary in the area of Pererenan. Just minutes to the beach, it’s your own personal haven!
Let’s start with the living and kitchen area. The double height sloped ceiling increases the scale of this area. Sometimes, when we can’t expand horizontally, it’s a smart idea to expand vertically! The skylights at the very top of the slope add extra light and warmth.
The kitchen backdrop is a combination of beautiful hand painted ceramic tiles and stone masonry. The arch shape complements the many curves we see throughout the property. The two doorways on each side of the kitchen, one leading to the first bedroom and the other one leading to the pantry, have this same arch shape with very cute details on wooden panelling and a little round window. The beautiful marble benchtops and the custom-made shades for the island area an ideal addition to the gorgeous kitchen.
All three en-suite bedrooms lead to the garden and pool area, and come fully furnished with queen beds (even linen and towels are provided!). The master bathroom contains a bathtub with beautiful stone masonry on its walls. This house is fully decorated and equipped! It even features original artwork in every room.
The adorable outdoor space is perfect for a small family. There’s a small garden with an outdoor shower, and a stunning oval shaped swimming pool with a hangout area next to it.
The house also comes with a lockable garage big enough to fit one car and many scooters.
The Retreat is filled with charm and warmth and will have everyone falling for it.
