We take our printing very seriously. We personally inspect every print, package it and post it to you. If the mail tube has been damaged and the print has suffered to the point of being unusable, please contact us via email with a photo of the print. We will asses the damage and if needed we will sent you a new print free of charge. Any damage to the outer edge of the print (roughly 1cm) won’t be taken into account as this will be covered during the framing process.
