CAFES & RESTAURANTS
When it comes to Bali, Saigon Street has become synonymous with Vietnamese food. Due to the Executive Chef being no other than Geoff Lindsay, you can expect an amazing menu filled with mouth watering Vietnamese classics.
Saigon street is quite a big restaurant. The front part really reminded me of Vietnam. With the little chicken barbeque cart and the colourful paper lamps, it looks like a street market, very casual and perfect for a hot night to sit outside and enjoy al fresco dining.
The inside of Saigon street continues the colourful and happy atmosphere that you see at the front of the restaurant. The aqua chairs, the little metal cups that hold the cutlery and the neon signs make the the place fell fresh, young, and current.
Saigon street is the kind of restaurant that you want to go with a large group of friends. Perfect for sharing and trying as many dishes as possible, and where the atmosphere is informal and the interiors are cool, colorful and lead to having a great night out in Bali.
