A new private Villa in Bali – Rumah Simba in Pererenan

Come and explore this brand new private villa with Bali Interiors!

Situated near Pantai Lima in Pererenan is a beautiful 3 bedroom villa called Rumah Simba. It’s built on 400m2 land and surrounded by rice fields.

Rumah Simba was initially designed as a private family home. The owners, who are both fashion designers, have done such a fantastic job in designing the space. They have made use of their good taste in design to create their own private villa project. While Bali has many Mediterranean style villas, Rumah Simba combines this with a unique touch of Japanese style to it.

If you’re looking for places to stay in Bali, you should check out Rumah Simba

The entrance is a unique dome-shaped sliding door. Once it’s open, you’ll be greeted by a big Buddha head statue, a waterfall, and stepping stones leading you into the doorway. The interior of Rumah Simba is mostly white. When the sunlight reflects on the walls, it creates the perfect, dreamy ambience.

On the ground floor sits an open plan kitchen, dining and living space, as well as a Japanese style master bedroom. Shoji doors, which in Japanese means ‘sliding doors consisting of wooden frames covered with sheets of translucent paper’, can be seen upon entering the villa. The owner wanted a Mediterranean style villa, but he also wanted to incorporate a little bit of Japanese style to it, “I personally have a liking towards Japanese style, and since this was supposed to be our private home, I thought it would be nice to have one room dedicated to it,” he said.

When looking for places to stay in Bali, people tend to look for accommodation with a swimming pool. Rumah Simba features a large, fully-marble infinity pool, which includes a whirlpool overlooking the rice fields. There’s even a gas fire pit in the middle of the pool area, how cool is that!

Rumah Simba is a 3 bedroom villa. Bali trips are more fun when enjoyed as a group, so if you’re planning to come with friends or family, this villa offers enough space for your needs.

The second floor area is where you can find the other 2 bedrooms. All 3 bedrooms have their own private bathroom as well as a window overlooking the rice fields. The 2 bedrooms have different styles compared to the master bedroom. For these 2, they implemented a limewash colour on the wall, with big arched windows allowing direct sunlight into the room.

The attention to detail they have put into designing this space is truly remarkable. You can easily see that everything has been built using high quality materials. Aside from that, this 3 bedroom villa in Bali is also filled with aesthetic corners. The living room features a 6 metre high ceiling, with rustic lamp shades hanging from above. Every corner of this tropical oasis is designed to be instagramable, so you’ll have no problem looking for spots to shoot your content!

Rumah Simba is managed by House of Reservations and is now available for daily rental. Make sure to check it out during your next trip to Bali!
