Everyone dreams of having a house by the beach. I mean who wouldn’t want that? One of the most beautiful beaches in Bali would have to be Bingin Beach. A vertical cliff that leads to a gorgeous stretch of sand. If you are a surfer, this is one of the beaches in Bali with the most perfect sets. With water so clear that you can snorkel right off the beach, and stunning sunsets that are impossible to forget. Bingin is one of my top beaches in Bali. The moment I arrive at this beach, I automatically go into total holiday mood and I don’t ever want to leave.
Mahi Mahi Beach Shack is by no means a shack! It’s located on the cliff of Bingin Beach. A stunning renovation, and is probably the most beautiful home you will find on this stretch of the beach. A 3-bedroom two level house with panoramic views of Bingin Beach.
This incredible 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom house has been recently renovated by the amazing team from Somewhere Concepts.
The entry is very modern with wood panelling and a very convenient shower to clean up the soft sand before entering the property.
The lower level contains 2 ensuite bedrooms that face the beach. Both are fully equipped with queen beds and desks, as well as windows that open completely and let the ocean breeze in. It’s like you are sleeping outdoors, but with the comforts of the indoors.
The master bedroom has also an ensuite bathroom and has been tastefully decorated. The stunning new bathroom has been beautifully designed, with a bedroom that overlooks the ocean. That master bedroom, with its huge window view over the Bingin beach, gives you the impression that you are on a boat forever looking at the ocean.
Upstairs, you find the kitchen, living room, terrace, and the master bedroom. The walls have been covered by white wooden panelling creating a beachy vibe and immediately creating a holiday mood. They kept the colouring to a minimum, using white kitchen benches and chairs, white dining table and neutral tones for the sofa, which highlight and complement the colours of the ocean. I love the rattan pendants used for the kitchen island. They add that modern bohemian touch to the home.
The open kitchen with its large island also becomes a dining option if you prefer to dine inside. The windows flood the kitchen with light and once again give you the stunning view of the beach below. The large living room is a perfect place to chill out and watch a movie in the evening. The open living and kitchen open up to a large terrace with a dining table and a bench area perfect for BBQing or preparing a beautiful lunch while also enjoying the sights of the ocean.
This terrace is the highlight of this home. It really is the most gorgeous space to be. I can see myself enjoying every meal there. Having breakfast, a sunset cocktail or a glass of chilled wine in the evening. Or perhaps a beautiful lunch with a group of friends. Mahi Mahi Beach Shack is seriously stunning. A great place to enjoy a vacation with friends, family and make the most of Bingin beach and life in Bali.
