From the moment you step through the front door, there’s a grounded calm that washes over you. A palette of English green and creamy beige sets the tone, with rich materials that feel luxurious and comfortable but never excessive. The layout, crafted in collaboration with a renowned Feng Shui master from Jakarta, flows with gentle rhythm—every angle considered, every room aligned with purpose.
One of the most charming details from our video walk-through is the double-height ceiling in the main living area. Paired with a locally sourced marble dining table and a large, comfy wraparound sofa, this space invites connection. It’s here that design supports life—a place for long meals, big conversations, and moments of pause.
At the rear of the home, a 40-square-metre outdoor courtyard beckons. The floor is adorned with custom tiles, while a glass block boundary wall cleverly blurs the line between interior and exterior. Andri has clearly considered the island’s tropical climate—not just designing for it, but embracing it fully.
The master bathroom delivers a refreshing contrast. Bold accents in rich colour tones set it apart from the otherwise neutral palette, while maintaining coherence within the broader design story. It’s a bold moment — a small indulgence that feels perfectly placed.
