Sheila Man was born in Argentina and spent 18 years in Sydney, Australia before moving to Bali, Indonesia in 2016. After moving to the island of the gods, she soon realised that Bali is home to some amazing designs. The combination of talented local artisans, a tropical climate that attracts designers from all over the world, and affordable construction costs allows designers to let their creativity run wild.
Armed only with an old iPhone, Sheila began documenting the gorgeous design around her. She found her passion! Her love of all things beautiful – Interior design, homewares and architecture – has led to a dream job: photographer. Since then she had the opportunity to work with the most talented designers, architects and business owners in Bali and beyond. Bali Interiors is now at the forefront of showcasing the most beautiful projects in interior design and has become the Design authority in Bali and surrounding islands.

For the 6 nights of the retreat, you will be staying at a jungle luxury villa. It is modern, with stunning brand new rooms all with ensuite bathrooms with a view of the jungle in front.
The villa is like nothing I’ve ever seen. It has the most beautiful swimming pools overlooking the jungle.
One with a sunken couch in the middle, perfect for having a glass of wine at night and brainstorming ideas about your business. And the other one perfect for sunbathing and getting a bit of sun.
If you would like to do a little bit of meditation, yoga or just want a bit of alone time, the villa has its own glass Yoga Shala that is surrounded by nature.
Imagine waking up and doing a meditation or yoga session up in the glass shala while you hear the nature all around you. The birds singing and the river below rushing past. Absolutely tropical heaven!
A side from the wonderful interior design, this villa has something that no other villa in Bali has. Its got its own series of large caves at the bottom of the property and a river that passes through them. Its truely spectacular, making it one of the most special villas I’ve ever encountered.
It has multiple common areas. Huge dining tables to accomodate all of us as well as multiple living room and TV rooms to chill or socialised when we are in the villa.
Each of the bedrooms is absolutely stunning. All come with huge modern ensuite bathrooms that will make you not want to not leave your room!
We are so lucky to stay in this villa. Just staying here will be an experience you will never forget.

Definitely yes! This is a week for everyone who loves design, architecture, interiors, furniture and homeware sourcing or who just wants to dive into the wonderful design world Bali has to offer.
This retreat is open to men and women over 18 years old. Men booking this retreat have the option of booking a single share or double share if they have a booking companion.
Please visit an official government website or contact your airline for travel regulations, as they are changing regularly.
You will receive the itinerary on arrival in our accommodation and an update for the upcoming day the evening before. This way you always know what we are up to and where we are going.
For diets requests and/or allergies, please let us know before arrival so we can take care that we will cater to your needs the best way possible.
International hospitals are just a short ride from our accommodation, with the right health insurance you can be sure to receive the best treatment.
We will have private cars and drivers for all day excursions. If you wish to explore some parts on your own, in your free time, we can easily help you to organise a scooter or car taxi. As our accommodation is located in Seminyak, many shops and cafes are within walking distance.
