best beach clubs by Bali Interiors

No trip to Bali is complete without checking out some of Bali’s many beach clubs.

Vacation time should be all about self-indulgence and ultimate comfort right? And this is what beach clubs are all about, they provide the perfect amenities to spoil you: drinks, food, daybeds, pools, good tunes, sunshine, epic views and of course we cannot forget beautiful interiors!

In this beach club guide, we will show you the best and best dressed places on the island.

La Brisa

Nestled on the foreshore of Echo Beach, one of the most well known beaches in Bali, La Brisa is home to an absolutely unique décor, sustainably sourced food and genuine Balinese hospitality.

There are two large pools and plenty of daybeds, bean bags, hand-woven swings and tables for all to enjoy and relax on.

This rustic beach club (it’s made from 500 recycled fisherman’s boats!) is like being on a castaway island and you can easily spend a whole day or afternoon into evening here soaking in the decor elements, ambience, swaying palm trees and sea breeze.

Bali Interior loves:

  • Hard to pick as the interiors here are so unique but the attention to detail into everything is out of this world. We particularly like all of the rattan furniture and the real shells scattered around the Beach Club.

The Lawn

THE LAWN Beach Lounge Canggu is situated directly on the beach in Canggu, Bali. Think daybeds, palm trees, infinity pool, tasty food and cocktails on one of the best beaches in the world.

There is plenty of options for seating including picnic style tables, bar tables and a sit down restaurant and balcony.

As the day winds down, you can grab a drink and watch the waves roll in against the sunset and then party into the night with some of the best international DJ’s on the decks and live acts to keep you going until closing time.

It’s relaxed but lively, it’s popular but roomy.

Bali Interior loves:

– The Umbrella’s.  Vintage, summer inspired umbrellas.  Take this idea into your back yard for that endless Summer vibe.

Ulu Cliffhouse

Ulu Cliff House has been designed to make the most of its natural environment but with modern design edges. It’s located on the cliff top of Uluwatu where you can soak up Bali’s most spectacular view of the Indian Ocean.

This almost 50,000 sqft clifftop oasis is like being in Palm Springs in the 50’s.

Decked out in pastel furnishings and natural timber, there’s a 25-metre infinity pool surrounded by daybeds, a world-class restaurant and bar plus there is a recording studio, boutique store, art gallery, in house surf board shaper and on-site spa.

It really is a one of the most extravagant beach clubs on the island and is designed to indulge the senses and cater to every desire.

Bali Interior loves:

The fabrics – so many great prints on the couches and cushion covers.

Sundays Beach Club

Sunday’s Beach Club is at the base of the cliffs at Ungasan Cliff Resort, reached via a cliff-hugging cable car. Once out of the you will think you have arrived in paradise.

Sunday’s is the ultimate day out, relaxation and adventure in equal measure. With private access to a stretch of clear water and white sand and plenty of water sports on offer; you can take out a kayak, stand up paddle board, or snorkel.

Blue beanbags line the beach all shaded by big umbrellas and inside the bamboo structure houses a restaurant by acclaimed Aussie chef, James Viles.

As the sun sets relax on your beanbag by the beach bonfire toasting some marshmallows, best washed down with a delicious cocktail or cold bintang.

Bali Interiors loves:

Bamboo – What more says tropical island then a beautiful bamboo building and there isn’t one more photogenic than this one.

Jungle fish is the no beach beach club. A place to unwind and swim in the jungle.

With beautiful lush jungle views, a split level open-air restaurant, infinity pool and plenty of daybeds, couches, hanging swing chairs to keep you relaxed from day to sundown.

The decor is Balinese elegance mixed with Danish style and is truely an oasis in the jungle.

Mano Beach House

Mano Beach House is a stunning little beach club (actually on the beach), where you can fully relax and see some of the most beautiful sunsets in Seminyak.

This beach club is one of the smallest on the island but we love it for that very reason. It never gets too packed and you can see your kids swimming in the pool no matter where you are sitting. The interiors and exteriors are absolute perfection. It has a bit of an African theme to it mixed with lots of rattan and Indonesian elements.

Bali Interior loves:

– The whole places is very thoughtfully designed. Specially love the outside semi covered terrace with the Alang- Alang hanging straight down rather than the traditional way of using it. Also love the entry, really sets the mood.

Miss Sippy

There isn’t a beach per se at Miss Sippy, but white washed daybeds, umbrellas, cabanas and swaying palm trees surround a manmade beach (a 800-metre saltwater swimming pool) that has a diving board floating above it.

Miss Sippy is a Mediterranean-Mykonos inspired oasis that has a cool laid-back style to it’s design. Local timber, brick and stone have been used to create a bespoke feeling and this place is all about the pool. The pool is the centrepiece, it’s freeform shape makes it more lagoon or beach like than a pool and there is a celebrated restaurant, bar and boutique store.

After you have enjoyed the day swimming, eating and drinking then the party starts. With resident international DJ’s playing on a weekly basis and exciting events filling up their calendar.

Bali Interior loves:

– The stunning stone feature surrounding the bar.
