Another Bali-based homeware haven, Kim Soo, opened its doors in 2015 in Seminyak. Steering this stylish ship are Kim and Giorgia, a dynamic mother and daughter duo with an eye for the rare and beautiful. They have been collaborating with local artisans to curate pieces that exude the elusive “je ne sais quoi” spirit. Beyond homewares, Kim Soo ventures into the culinary cosmos, playing host to Cafe Kim Soo in an iconic white concrete space, complete with archways. For this year’s Christmas promotion, Cafe Kim Soo invites you to ‘Aperitivo Afternoons with Kim Soo’ this December—a festive toast featuring half-price wine and cocktails in an atmosphere of spirited revelry!
Let’s talk about Tao Collection – my ultimate obsession! Elevate your shopping escapade with Village Thrive—the epitome of ethical and responsible choices! With a legacy spanning over 15 years, they collaborate with local artisans in Bali to create a fusion of craftsmanship and sustainability. Check out their masterfully crafted, modern, handwoven home decor, using organic cotton, rattan, bamboo, straw, wood, clay, and leather. Their Canggu store has been a personal favourite haunt of mine, but this time, I might just click my way through online!
If you are staying in Uluwatu or the nearby area, be sure to check out The Find! No longer do you need to hop between different stores for an extended shopping spree; here, you can discover everything you desire! Embracing the motto “to inspire and be inspired,” The Find takes this sentiment to heart. They showcase the finest in clothing, swimwear, sunglasses, jewellery, and natural beauty products. If you’re into jewelry, Olamii Jewellery is the go-to. It’s not only about pearls; it’s a story that commenced in 2015, in the heart of Seminyak, Bali. Guided by Ola’s profound connection to the ocean, each piece intricately blends elegance and adventure. Sourced from the Maluku islands, the pearls capture the essence of Indonesia’s pristine waters. What I love about them is their sustainability and drive to protect the environment and create positive change within the fashion industry. No need to fret about quality; their gold vermeil jewellery is more than just aesthetics—it’s a testament to craftsmanship and long lasting allure. I’m eagerly anticipating diving into their pearl collection, a homage to Indonesia’s heritage and the timeless charm of the ocean. From Bali to the Maldives and beyond, Olamii serves as a portal to an unforgettable luxury experience.
When the mystique of Bali summons images of flowing feminine dresses and chic resort wear, Erika Peña is exactly what you need. Their luxury resort wear collection is a vibrant tropical vibe, echoing the spirit of Latina beauty. Erika Peña’s philosophy is sewn into every stitch, celebrating every woman as a goddess. Picture yourself draped in elegance, embracing your divine essence with an Erika Peña dress—a true symbol of goddess-like beauty in the heart of Bali.

I don’t believe there’s a better gift than a pampering session, and my top choice is Spring Spa. While they have several branches, my personal favourite is the one on Nusa Lembongan: brand new and with breathtaking sea view on one of my favourite island escapes! The blend of natural beauty and local ingredients enhances the entire experience, earning them the title of Indonesia’s Best Day Spa in the 2023 World Spa Awards for their Uluwatu location. Spring Spa is crafted for head-to-toe relaxation, offering an extensive menu, from massages and facials to your regular manicure appointment. As the festive season approaches, there’s no better time to treat your loved ones (or yourself!) to the gift of well-being with a Spring Spa gift voucher.
