Villa Shahzadi

Villa Shahzadi, Sukyf Architects, Bali Interiors

From the architects who brought you Mandala House, Sabta Bayuh and The Starling Villa, here comes another spectacular and unmissable property by Sukyf Architects!

Villa Shahzadi is simply next level. It is modern architecture combined with ultimate luxury. With 2 swimming pools, a waterfall, and even a long fire pit inside the large swimming pool, one thing this house isn’t, is understated!

At the end of a private gang in the sought-out suburb of Tumbak Bayu, you will find an incredible villa. From one of the most outstanding architecture firms here in Bali, Sukyf Architects, this villa is not for the faint hearted. Built on 10.5are of land, this is a huge property. The building occupies 950 sqm! A 6-bedroom villa + tv room, with a dining area, and 2 swimming pools. The bigger one is an incredible 4 meters by 26 meters long! The villa also features a BBQ and outdoor sofa area, a massage room and a master bedroom with its own private pool. This house is nothing short of impressive.

Entering the property, you are greeted with a row of sculptures built into the entry water feature. The dining and living areas are all open and have a prime view to the jungle behind the enormous, long pool, with the water cascading from the upstairs pool into the lower pool! It’s seriously impressive from the moment you enter! To have a pool is one thing, but a waterfall effect with two pools is something else! Behind the cascading water ,there is a lounge area with a BBQ and outdoor kitchen area. The low sunken living space is amplified by the glass ceiling from the upstairs pool. The water and the sun create beautiful water shadows and reflections making it almost feel like an underwater living room.

The kitchen and dining are next to the outdoor living space. There is a huge breakfast table that can accommodate 12 people and cater for big breakfasts or act as an informal dining space.

Crossing the water feature, you find the main building. At the bottom level is the dining and living room that overlooks the garden and swimming pool. A huge dining table that also fits 12 people is here, as well as gorgeous and comfy sofas that are perfect for entertaining large groups of people but also for relaxing.  The lower level have a spacious tv room and two extra bedrooms.

Up the stairs, you find the remaining 4 bedrooms. Let’s start with the master bedroom. Undoubtedly, it is one of the largest and most impressive master bedrooms I’ve ever seen. This bedroom is the size of a large city apartment and has the most incredible amenities. The large master bathroom has marble benchtops, and a bathtub. Then, there’s a large walk-in wardrobe, an open office, a sunken living room, a private pool, and outdoor sitting area. I mean, is this not one of the most luxurious master bedrooms you have ever seen?

In the middle, there are 2 generous-sized bedrooms, all of course come with en-suite marble bathrooms and showers. And the last bedroom on the left is almost like a second master. Not as massive as the first one but still large enough to have its own expansive outdoor patio. In any other villa, this room would be the master bedroom. However here, it’s relegated to second position! Behind this bedroom is the massage therapy room that is open on 2 sides to allow the relaxing breeze to flow in and you unwind.

When we think of top-of-the-range villas and homes, Sukyf Archtiects comes immediately to mind. They combine incredible architecture, great proportions, and perfect finishes to bring extra luxury to Bali. And Villa Shahzadi is one of their best work so far.
